- Looks after the day to day running of the office and assists the Trustees, who are responsible for the Federation.

- Receptionist & Accounts Clerk
- Shares her time between the front office and looking after the financial paperwork.
- Liz Oakley
- Receptionist & Admin Assistant
- Is the first point of contact on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the front office and deals with applications, tickets and confirmation.
