Course materials are supplied at the beginning of each term and followed at the same pace as attending students.

Distance Learners are supported by a named tutor who will arrange a tutorial schedule to suit each student – this is a weekly tutorial by telephone or skype. Email support is offered throughout term time with tutors responding within 48 hours and usually within 24 hours. Students are asked to submit images of work completed by email before each tutorial so tutors can offer feedback and advice.

Distance learners are invited to attend a weekend session in Ipswich one weekend per term. These are practical sessions covering some of the ‘messier’ techniques of the course. Plus tutorials with your named tutor.
