Those of you who have been on my recent holidays will know that I’ve been investigating a WI holiday to the Isle of Man. I now have everything ready – well almost!
This option is for those who hate planes! We will spend five nights at the Sefton Hotel on Douglas seafront on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, with a night in Lancashire on the way to the terminal at Heysham. The itinerary will include Castle Rushen and the Old House of Keys, Cregneash, visit to the Sound overlooking the Calf of Man, Laxey Wheel and Snaefell Mountain Railway, Milntown House, a tour of the TT race course and time spent in Douglas. There is a lot to see and do and we will fit as much as we can in our few days.
Single room supplement is steep at £145, so if you can find a friend to share with you’ll save quite a lot.
