Do you enjoy singing? Most of us do – even if itʼs only in the bath when nobody else is listening. If so, we have just the thing for you – so read on… …We are offering you the chance to come to a “Singing Day” at Thomas Mills High School, Framlingham. There you will be able to enjoy the experience of being part of a large group in the expert (and patient!) hands of Janet Weston, our tutor for the day. Donʼt worry that you wonʼt be good enough. This is a day for everyone. You will be amazed at what you can achieve! Janet, whose own choir “Morning Chorus” is well known in the area, has become a firm favourite to take charge of our singing workshops and she is looking forward to seeing a roomful of members, all ready to enjoy the day.
Coffee will be available from 10am and the singing will start at 10.30am. There will be a break for lunch (please bring your own but we will provide tea, coffee and cold drinks) and we aim to finish at around 3.30pm.
This event is open to non-members (female voices only).
A final note: as you know, 2019 will be the Federationʼs centenary year. Among the many ways in which we plan to celebrate we would love to have a huge choir to sing at various events throughout the year. This could be the start!
