Spring 2012 visit Holland for the Floriade
We have planned a great spring break for members, taking in the once-in-ten-years Floriade Horticultural Expo at Venio, Holland, as well as a visit to Het Loo Palace,a former royal residence with reconstructed gardens and sumptuously furnished rooms, pictured on the front cover of SEFWI News (October 2011).
We will leave Suffolk on Monday 16th April by coach and travel through the Channel Tunnel to France, then through Belgium into Holland for our four night stay at the Riche Hotel in Valkenburg. Allowing for time to explore Valkenburg itself, this looks a great value holiday planned with Simonds Coach Travel.
The price of £376 for members and £385 for non-members includes dinner, bed and breakfast for four nights, coach travel and all excursions including entrance fees. Single room supplement comes to £35, but there is very limited availability. Travel insurance is required, so if you don’t have your own, insurance is available through Simonds at £24.
Please contact the office for a booking form. We do advise that you respond quickly as this is likely to be a popular trip. Completed Forms and a £65 per person deposit need to be returned to the office with some urgency.
