Dates will be changed as this clashes with the NFWI AGM
Dates have now been confirmed for the 2021 Federation visit to Denman College so get them in your diaries NOW if you think you might want to go on this trip. Spaces may be limited so be ready to reserve your place as soon as the booking period opens. Full booking details will be available via your WI Secretaries as soon as all necessary details have been agreed with the College and a price calculated.
Courses which have so far been confirmed with the College are as follows:
• Let’s Make Cheese with Louise Talbot
• Powertex Sculpturing with Liz Dixon
• Criminology – You the Jury with Diane James.
At least one more course is still being organised and full details of all courses will come once the final trip details are available. If you want more details of what the above courses may involve you can look at them on the Denman Website but please note some of the courses will be adapted to cover additional nights for our visit. At the current time there are no plans to change this trip due to the health situation but, should it be necessary, there may be a postponement to the Autumn of 2021. Also, as the college is closed until 1st June, no further information is available at the time of going to press.
As soon as possible, further details will be posted but if you are interested in joining the trip, either on the dates currently booked, or later in the year, you can at least register your interest with your WI Secretary or, via email to the SEFWI office. Watch this space for more details and check with your Secretary for up to date information on booking if you are interested in this event.
