The second session of our trio of Christmas workshops is sweet making, led by our two excellent resident chefs, Di Chilver and Jane Sago.
On this workshop you will learn to make delicious sweets to rival any of the tinned variety that are already making their way onto the supermarket shelves. You will take home tasty morsels with which to impress your family and friends, and a recipe booklet containing all you will need to whip up another batch in time for the big day – gifts for friends, for after dinner, or just because its Christmas! The cost includes all you will need for the day.
Please bring a packed lunch, and an apron (if you are as messy as I am in the kitchen!)
