Our feet carry us about all day, every day. Whether it’s at work, at home, trudging round the shops, perhaps running or dancing, we ask a lot of them. Sometimes, they complain, but generally they just get on with it. And on top of that, we then demand they look lovely when we put our shoes away and bring out the summer sandals!
Come along tonight to find out how to keep your heels, soles, ankles and toes happy and healthy all year round.
We’ve got a fantastic GUEST SPEAKER for you: Alison Wareham, Podiatrist at Gilmour Piper!
Ali is a delightful, energetic lady who graduated from the Durham School of Podiatric Medicine in 1992 and has worked in many NHS, private practice and research roles over the years. She has a wealth of knowledge and enormous enthusiasm for the treatment and prevention of foot problems.
Ali will be sharing her experience in a relaxed and free-flowing session, including some fascinating tales of foot-care. (Yes, really – who knew feet were this interesting?!) She’d love you to bring along any questions, too.
(She’s also donating her speaker fee to charity.)
