We have only just voted on this year’s resolution at the NFWI AGM in Liverpool and already it is time to start thinking about next year.

Your secretary will have received a resolution submission form, guidance on how to develop a resolution and instructions on how to submit it to NFWI. There is also an online version of the resolution submission form available here. SEFWI’s Resolutions Adviser, Anita Scruby, is here to help – contact her via the office. Anita has to receive resolutions by 2nd September.

The Resolution Shortlist Selection Meeting will be held virtually on 4th October 2022.

Federation and member delegates will meet to consider and debate each resolution on the longlist with a view to creating a shortlist from which all members have the opportunity to select the resolution they support the most. In line with last year, delegate places for members will be allocated to interested applicants through a ballot. All WI members are welcome to apply for a place via an online form on My WI. Applications are open until 31 July 2022.
