Booking and cancellation policy

Bookings can be made via this SEFWI Website or by completing and returning the booking page from SEFWI News.

Telephone bookings can be taken, but must be followed up with email or booking form confirmation.

Once a booking is accepted, full payment must be made, either by BACS (preferred) or by sending a cheque.  Card payments can be taken over the phone so long as you have card authorisation via your smart phone.

Should you have to cancel your booking, a refund will only be given if your place is taken by another member.

Should SEFWI have to cancel an event for which you are booked, a full refund will be made.
